Time: 10:00am to 3:00pm

This session is for junior boys and girls up to the age of 18. This session although tough and demanding will give the opportunity for all interested players regardless of grade, to attend, grow their judo skills and to experience Area standard judo.

At the workshop you will cover all aspects of Judo including: -
Groundwork, Standing work, Competition Judo and The new Judo Syllabus and there will be a Pre Grading Assessment on the last day.
You will also cover an Introduction to Aikido and Fitness Fun & Games

You will need to bring or buy a drink.
The new Adidas Judo suits will be on sale along with bags and refreshments
